If the signing is cancelled AFTER I have printed the docs but BEFORE I depart to the signing I expect to be paid 100% of the above printing fees. This does not include shredding the docs - they will be returned Fed Ex or UPS to title company/escrow at their expense.
If I respond to the signing and the borrowers do not sign the trip fee is $50.00 plus full fee for E-docs if applicable.
If the loan is cancelled or does not close AFTER the signing I expect to be paid my full fee for the signing and for any e-docs printed since I have performed the signing as requested.
For taking an acknowledgment, $10. for each signature.
For administering an oath or affirmation and executing the jurat, $10. for each person.
For certifying a copy of a power of attorney, $10.
